Last Updated: March 9, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Verity Londonderry Concrete, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Verity Londonderry Concrete provides professional concrete contractor services including but not limited to driveway installation and repair, concrete patios and walkways, foundations and slabs, footings and retaining walls, concrete repair and resurfacing, stamped and decorative concrete, concrete cutting and removal, and commercial flatwork services in Londonderry, NH and surrounding areas.
3. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on the information provided by the client and site conditions at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if additional work is required.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. Typically, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
5. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, site conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeframe and will communicate any delays promptly.
6. Weather and Delays
Concrete work is highly dependent on weather conditions. Work may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other adverse weather conditions that could compromise the quality of the finished product. Such delays are not considered a breach of contract.
7. Site Preparation and Access
The client is responsible for ensuring clear access to the work site and for removing any obstacles that may interfere with the work. Any additional site preparation required beyond what was agreed upon in the initial estimate may result in additional charges.
8. Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty terms will be specified in your service agreement and typically cover defects in workmanship for a specified period. Normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, or damage from external factors are not covered under warranty.
9. Concrete Characteristics
Clients acknowledge that concrete is a natural material and may develop minor cracks due to settling, temperature changes, or other natural factors. Small hairline cracks are considered normal and are not covered under warranty. Color variations in concrete are also normal and expected.
10. Changes to Scope of Work
Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges. Change orders will be documented and signed by both parties before additional work proceeds.
11. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to charges for materials purchased and work completed up to the point of cancellation.
12. Liability
Verity Londonderry Concrete carries appropriate insurance coverage. We are not liable for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles not identified before work begins. Clients are encouraged to have utilities marked before work commences.
13. Permits and Regulations
Unless otherwise specified in the service agreement, the client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits. We will work in compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
15. Modifications to Terms
Verity Londonderry Concrete reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
